We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Star Trek vs Star Wars
The untold true life of me and mine
Here I am, it’s 2009 and I’m just getting up for the morning and low and behold I’m capture by a transporter beam and taken into the atmosphere where I enter a time warp. Suddenly I’m in the year 6084 and I’m black – but in the future that stuff doesn’t matter…. man. Surrounded by aliens, spaceships, spacecargo, space-Dennys and space-whores I’m suddenly less aware of my low blood pressure and diabetes but they’re still aware of me and they quickly do their damage. I passout and when I awake I’m in for the biggest surprise of my life – I’m Captain Kirk’s love slave and I look just like Mark Hammel!
